By using our website you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. Envelle.com reserves the right to update/change these Terms and Conditions, it is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

1. Privacy policy and cookies

2. Delivery and transportation of goods

2.1. The delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days in Spain (Spain referring only to mainland and Balearic Islands) and between 2 to 7 working days in other EU countries. These delivery times shall be met if:

  • There are no unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure
  • Customer has provided the correct shipping address. Otherwise, Envelle.com will not be responsible for delays in the delivery or no delivery.
  • Envelle.com will provide the customer with the shipment tracking number.
3. Returns

3.1. If the products got damaged during transportation we will replace them without any cost for the client. If the change is not possible; we will credit the faulty good in the customer’s account. Envelle.com must be informed about the damaged product within 24 hours upon receipt.

3.2. In case of receiving wrong or incomplete order, we will replace/complete the delivery free of charge to the customer.

3.3. If the final customer considers that the product is not in proper condition, we will audit the affected consignment (we fully trace all the consignments and our warehouse works in a FIFO basis). The audit will be completed with all the departments’ information regarding this item complains. Depending on the audit’s result we will credit the product after the collection if the product is not in proper condition like manufacturing defect. We will not credit if the product was in proper condition. If the client still considers that the product is not what he expected, we will collect it charging for this collection to our customer.

3.4. We do not accept returns because of a different packaging than the one shown in our pictures, as in our business, products packaging, color, shape may be different depending on the origin and destination markets.

3.5. Envelle.com reserves the right to not accept returns of opened/used cosmetics products; neither used hairdressing products, neither used perfumes.

4. Intellectual property

4.1. All the content at www.envelle.com is protected by intellectual property law. Envelle.com is the rightful owner of the content displayed on the website. Reusing it is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

5.1. The customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

5.2. Envelle.com shall not accept liability for undelivered parcels where the customer has provided an incorrect or invalid delivery address or is unable to collect the goods from the delivery address.

5.3. In case of a parcel being lost by a third party which has either been authorized by the customer to accept the products or a courier commissioned by you to deliver the products, Envelle.com shall not bear the burden once it has been delivered to them.

5.4. Envelle.com guarantees that all merchandise provided to all clients is purchased within European Union, and therefore, it is of free circulation.
Additionally, Envelle.com certifies that the merchandise is authentic and it has not been modified.

6. Disputes

6.1. If any conflict or dispute shall arise between the parties hereto regarding the implementation of the hereby terms and conditions, the parties agree to submit to a process of Mediation and Arbitration of a third party mediator, as provided by Royal Decree-Law 5/2012, before resorting to Law. In the event of there not being an agreement and being forced to go to a court of law, both parties waive their own jurisdiction, submitting to the courts of Katowice, Poland.
